What the license grants
While you have lawfully obtained access, Deadstock Audio grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use downloaded sounds in original music, beats, songs, videos, podcasts, broadcasts, games, performances, and client projects, unless a product page states different terms.
Commercial releases
You may monetize and distribute finished works that incorporate the sounds, including releases through labels, streaming platforms, social media, sync projects, and commissioned productions. Deadstock Audio does not claim a royalty from those finished works.
What is not allowed
You may not resell, share, upload, sublicense, distribute, or make the raw sounds or preset files available alone or substantially as supplied. You may not include them in another sample pack, sound library, preset bank, stock-audio collection, download archive, or machine-learning dataset.
Collaborators
You may share rendered stems or project audio as needed to complete a licensed finished work. Collaborators who need direct access to the raw Deadstock Audio library should maintain their own authorized account.
Ownership and exclusivity
You own your original creative contributions. The underlying Deadstock Audio source files remain licensed content, and other members may use the same sounds. No exclusive rights to an individual sound are granted.
